James LaValle is an Associate in the firm's Corporate Department, assisting with general business matters. His practice is focused on advising businesses on the intricacies of corporate law including entity formation, licensing, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.   
 
Additionally, James takes lead in the Construction & Land Development practice group by advising design-build and engineering professionals on their day-to-day legal needs.
