Earl Storrs is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, working with clients to resolve various disputes through mediation, trial, and appeal. Earl routinely counsels businesses in regard to State and Federal litigation matters including contract disputes, commercial torts, real estate litigation, fraud claims, and bankruptcy.

Earl’s commercial litigation practice includes the representation of publicly and privately held corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and municipalities on a broad range of matters. Additionally, Earl proactively advises clients on various litigation avoidance strategies to prevent costly lawsuits.
