Britt Patton is an attorney in the firm's Health Care and Corporate departments, focusing her practice on health care entity formations and transactions. Britt also practices in the firm's Agribusiness group where she focuses on gaming as well as food and beverage businesses.

Prior to joining the Firm, Britt worked as a Prosecutor with the Rensselaer County District Attorney's Office. In this position, she gained significant research and writing experience, as well as courtroom and litigation experience while managing multiple jurisdictional caseloads.

With each case she takes on, Britt is committed to putting forth diligence and attention to every detail while recognizing the specific needs and expectations of each client.
