Bridget joined the firm in 2015 and has since counseled and advised businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and health care entities. Her practice is focused on counseling organizations with general operational, transactional, governance and finance matters. More specifically in her Corporate practice, she assists organizations with corporate structuring, including mergers, dissolutions, affiliations, and creation of subsidiaries.
As a team member of P&F’s Not-for-Profit Practice Group, Bridget hones on her education background she obtained with her Master of Public Administration. She advises not-for-profit organizations regarding their ongoing compliance with state and federal tax-exempt requirements.
Within the Health Care industry, Bridget advises health care providers on a multitude of matters, including regulatory compliance, HIPAA, Medicare & Medicaid, fraud and abuses, and governance.
