Brett Farrow is a founding member of the firm providing counseling on a variety of health care and general business issues. Mr. Farrow has counseled and advised corporate and business clients in a variety of industries on the intricacy of startup, growth, mergers, and acquisitions. This experience spans corporate governance issues in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Farrow has unique experience in handling the specialized needs of highly regulated health care providers in forming and organizing business and professional entities, owning and managing medical practices, advising clients on professional licensure issues and providing regulatory compliance oversight and review for institutional providers.
