Patrick Pullano has more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession. Mr. Pullano provides counsel to a wide range of health care providers, including nursing homes, hospitals, physician organizations, and individual physician practitioners.
Brett Farrow provides counseling on a variety of health care and general business issues. Mr. Farrow is experienced in handling the specialized needs of health care providers in forming and organizing business and professional entities, owning and managing medical practices, advising clients on professional licensure issues and providing regulatory compliance oversight and review for institutional providers.
Christian Valentino focuses his practice on representation of individuals seriously injured or killed as a result of the negligence of others, including motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, products liability, and other forms of negligence. He also has an extensive practice in the area of Estate and Trust Litigation. Mr. Valentino possesses the knowledge and ability to handle cases through the appellate process. He has drafted numerous successful Appellate Division briefs, and he has argued cases before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department on numerous occasions.
Langston McFadden maintains a general litigation practice representing small and large business entities in a variety of commercial and civil disputes. He has significant experience in the area of professional liability defense, with a concentration in the areas of architects' and engineers' liability. He also has significant experience in the areas of employment litigation, personal injury and products and premises liability.
Jason Livingston concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Succession Planning, Long Term Care Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, and Guardianship Petitions.
Mr. Livingston received his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from East Carolina University.
Elizabeth Cordello is a member of the Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of employment and labor law in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, airline contractors, food services and education. Ms. Cordello is also a frequent speaker and published author on the latest developments in employment law.
Christina M. Deats (née Petrella) is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on commercial disputes, negotiating settlements, and litigating in New York state and federal courts. She has extensive experience leading litigation matters, including working directly with clients, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and drafting and arguing motions.
Michael Scott-Kristansen is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where he focuses his practice representing various entities and individuals in personal injury litigation, commercial and contract litigation, insurance coverage litigation, estate litigation, collections litigation, and appeals.
Andre Lindsay serves as legal counsel to public and private sector employers, advising on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including alleged discrimination, retaliation and harassment, wage-and-hour class and collective actions, collective bargaining arrangements and civil service law compliance. Andre is experienced in drafting workplace policies, conducting anti-discrimination and harassment trainings, and counseling employers on workplace investigations and litigation prevention.
Bridget Kehm is an associate in the firm’s Business and Corporate and Health Care Practice Groups, where she provides counsel to not-for-profit organizations, tax exempt entities, and health care providers on a variety of matters, including governance, compliance, and transactions/agreements.
Mackenzie Kellermeyer focuses her practice on helping clients use comprehensive strategic planning to preserve their assets.
Mallory K. Smith is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Her practice is focused on commercial litigation, insurance defense, contract enforcement and interpretation, and estate and trust litigation.
Sarah Clancy is a 2013 graduate from Finger Lakes Community College in Canandaigua, New York with an Associate degree in Paralegal studies. As a paralegal she provides support to the litigation practice attorneys.
Ginni started with the Law Office of Pullano & Farrow in 2016 as the firm’s receptionist. In addition to greeting clients and managing incoming calls, she also provides clerical and administrative support for the office. Ginni’s prior management experience includes the following: fulfillment and purchasing for a large company, staff training, and management of seminar teams. Ginni also has experience working in accounts payable.
Liz Spalding is a legal assistant who provides administrative support to the labor & employment, health care and corporate groups. Liz has enjoyed working in the legal profession for over 30 years.
Aaradhana Tomar is an associate in the firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group. She focuses on providing general corporate advice to business owners and tax-exempt entities, and she has experience in business transactions.
James J. Trombino

Mr. Trombino's experience includes overseeing and directing office management, financial operations, human resources, and contracts for business services. He has extensive experience in budget planning, cash flow management, and developing dynamic strategic plans to support business growth. Mr. Trombino is the firm’s primary liaison to outside accountants, banks, and individuals marketing corporate services (health insurance, 401k plans, and other liabilities).
Michelle Trick has more than 20 years’ experience in the area of finance. In her current role as Bookkeeper, her focus is on Account Receivable, Payroll as well as Administrative Support.
Jane Northrop has an extensive administrative support background. She has experience in both local and international law firms as well as major Rochester based corporations. Her support expertise has been primarily focused in Corporate and Intellectual Property Law.
Nicole is a 2005 graduate of Bryant and Stratton, Rochester, NY with an associates in Paralegal Studies and over 10 years’ experience as paralegal in the personal injury field. Nicole assists the attorneys in the Litigation Department.
