
Krystyna Blokhina Gilkis is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate practice group, focusing her practice on counseling for-profit and not-for-profit organizations on general operational, transactional and finance matters. Krystyna assists organizations not only with mergers, dissolutions, affiliations, creation of subsidiaries, restructuring, raising capital through debt and equity, but also with a wide range of their day-to-day compliance and governance matters.
Krystyna strives to learn more about her client’s business and corporate culture to better assist with their needs.
