Daniel Christian is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department, focusing his practice on advising for-profit and not-for-profit entities on general business matters. Daniel serves as counsel to clients on a number of matters including formation, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, financing, taxation, and corporate governance.
At Pullano & Farrow, Daniel assists in leading the Construction & Land Development practice group by counseling design-build and engineering professionals on their day-to-day legal needs. Within this practice, Daniel provides legal services involving licensing, contracts, due diligence, general corporate matters, and labor and employment, as it uniquely relates to the construction industry.
Daniel further advises clients on labor and union matters relating to collective bargaining, union avoidance, NLRB matters, grievance, and discipline matters.
Within his legal practice, Daniel prides himself on serving as a business partner and confidant for his clients. He understands that building trustworthy relationships is just as important as providing excellent legal services.
