Commercial Litigation Attorney
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in commercial litigation practice required.
Job Description: The Law Offices of Pullano & Farrow PLLC is seeking an associate attorney to assist with the representation of the firm’s various health care clients, including but not limited to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, physician practices, and individual practitioners.
Expected duties and skills include but are not limited to: in general, handling simple and complex commercial litigation cases from client intake to securing and enforcing a judgment. Conducting intake meetings with clients and potential clients, initial investigations and legal research, preparation of demand letters, participating in settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings, drafting discovery demands and discovery responses, conducting and defending depositions, preparation of motion papers, preparation and participation in mediations and/or arbitrations, preparation and participation in trials, drafting and enforcing judgments, drafting appellate briefs and arguing appellate and all other actions necessary in a high level civil litigation practice group.
