​Brett Farrow is a founding member of the firm providing counseling on a variety of health care and general business issues.

Mr. Farrow has counseled and advised corporate and business clients in a variety of industries on the intricacy of startup, growth, mergers and acquisitions. This experience spans corporate governance issues in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Experiences include:


  • Counseling a regional construction company on growth planning;

  • Advising experienced business owners with details on succession planning & corporate governance structures to alleviate work burdens;

  • Representing Franchisees in negotiations and business planning;

  • Working with regulations relevant in the food and alcohol industries

Mr. Farrow has unique experience in handling the specialized needs of highly regulated health care providers in forming and organizing business and professional entities, owning and managing medical practices, advising clients on professional licensure issues and providing regulatory compliance oversight and review for institutional providers. These experiences include:


  • ​Advising and representing physicians and other health providers in matters relating to corporate transactions, employment negotiations, fraud and abuse obligations and professional licensure. ​

  • Representing skilled nursing facilities with regard to regulatory compliance and auditing requirements. ​

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts on behalf of practitioners and business owners with vendors and suppliers. ​

  • Forming new corporate entities for professional and general business endeavors.

  • ​Assisting medical practices and urgent care centers in the creation and implementation of HIPAA compliance programs. ​
